PRODUCTION TEAM

Application

We’re excited for your interest in joining our production team! There’s something deeply fulfilling about helping create and usher in an inviting atmosphere as others approach the foot of the cross. If you desire to use your God-given talents and gifts through audio visual and live production and don’t mind or prefer being behind the scenes, please complete and submit the attached or online application to our worship arts pastor.

No previous experience is required. Our team is able, ready, and eager to help teach and train you.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out.

Please note: All production stations are located in the second story booth of the worship center. Entry to and from this area requires use of the stairs just outside of the worship center. The booth is only accessible to authorized personnel, as scheduled. Upon successful application, you’ll be given the option to tour the booth and ask any related questions with our worship arts pastor.

Production Stations

AUDIO ENGINEER

Our audio engineer is responsible for leading the live sound production of our weekly worship services — including balancing/mixing levels, EQ, dynamics processing, and effects. You’ll be communicating and working with the vocalists, musicians, speakers, fellow production team members, and digital soundboard with related equipment.

VIDEO SWITCHER & CAMERA OPERATOR

Our video switcher & camera operator is responsible for what our viewers see online. You’ll cut between our worship center’s live cameras and graphic slides while focusing on finding the best camera angles and focus for an engaging and seamless online experience.

LIGHTING OPERATOR

Our lighting operator is responsible for the shifts in room and stage element lighting throughout each worship service. The lighting is often pre-programmed per service element, and you'll have the opportunity to help design each new look that follows each changing worship sermon series.

GRAPHICS OPERATOR

Our graphics operator is responsible for every graphic, slide, and video that shows on our screens. You’ll use ProPresenter for slides, videos, and music to maintain a seamless flow of service. This position requires someone who can pay close attention while following along throughout the service.
